History & Leadership

From early years to residential support

We opened our doors in June 2025. Our Director spent five years working in early years settings and nurseries. That experience sparked a deep commitment to supporting older children in care and shaped the exact service we provide today.

"Our Director and Responsible Individual both play an active part within the home, fully supporting the registered manager to ensure total continuity of care."
Our Framework

Trauma informed and clinically led

Our approach is guided by a clinical lead who works directly with our staff and children inside the homes. We combine proven child development strategies into our everyday practice to ensure the children get the best support possible.

Structured days, dedicated therapeutic keyworkers, and consistent caregivers all work together. We use meals, activities, and quiet moments as opportunities to build relationships and help children heal.

PACEPlayfulness, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy guide how we interact with the children.
Therapeutic Restorative ParentingWe focus on repairing relationships and rebuilding trust after difficult experiences.
Integrated Systemic TherapyWe work closely with families, schools, and the wider community to support the child.
Restorative PracticeWe encourage understanding and repairing harm rather than focusing on punishment.
Team TeachWe use positive behaviour support to keep both staff and young people safe.
Life Story WorkWe help children understand their past and build a positive sense of identity.
Growth & Futures

Learning today, thriving tomorrow

We meet every young person exactly where they are to rebuild their confidence and prepare them for adult life.

Educational Support

We meet every young person where they are to rebuild their confidence and support their specific EHC plan.

  • Personalised Learning: We work closely with schools and tutors to ensure every EHC plan requirement is met.
  • Virtual Schooling: We provide online tuition for children who are not yet ready for a traditional classroom.
  • Transition Support: Our team helps children build the structure they need to successfully return to education.

Pathways to Independence

Our ultimate goal is to help children transition successfully to a family home or independent living.

  • Key Skills Programme: We teach the practical tools required for managing adult life.
  • Activities and Sessions: We plan specific tasks that build independence at a comfortable pace.
  • Equipped at 18: We ensure young adults leave our care with the confidence to succeed.

A True Family Environment

We carefully avoid institutional routines to ensure our houses feel like real homes.

  • Belonging: We help children feel seen, valued, and truly part of the household.
  • Individual Focus: We plan daily routines around what each child needs to build trust.
  • Peer Support: We encourage shared meals and group activities to improve social skills.
